On Wednesday 19th May 2010, I'll be taking part in what we like to call a Round Robin gig with two friends who also happen to be superb singer-songwriters - SJ McArdle and Ronan Swift. If you follow my progress with any kind of interest, you'll have heard their names. I play in both of their bands. Added to that, Ronan's song "The Forty Foot" is on my CD Asylum Harbour and SJ co-wrote 3 of the songs on the same CD. We did this kind of a gig in January and it was very successful but this time we're expanding the concept slightly and we've actually rehearsed !! So you can expect more interaction - playing on each others' songs, a few covers, that kind of thing. We all have new CDs to release this year so you can expect some new songs too.
