December 2002
Josh Teams Up With David MacKenzie at the Pavillion

Never one to pass up on an interesting collaboration, Josh is teaming up with violinist David MacKenzie for an evening of jazz and folk music, as well as a few surprises. David is currently Principal second violin in the National Symphony Orchestra in Dublin and their differing musical backgrounds makes the partnership both challenging and rewarding.
They started out in January 2002 rehearsing jazz standards but that has widened considerably with both of them bringing personal favourite tunes from different musical fields to the rehearsals; a large collection of great music has been amassed leading to a rich and varied programme for the concert on December 8th in The Pavilion Theatre, Dun Laoghaire. Don't miss it !!

Tickets priced Euro 16 and Euro 12 (concessions) are available from the Pavilion Box Office in person or by phone at (01) 231 2929

Josh is also currently writing songs and tunes at a frantic rate and working on a date for a follow-up gig to his September 2001 gig at the Pavilion Theatre, tentatively placed for March 2003, after which he plans to play live much more regularly.
